Sarah is passionate about working collaboratively with families and integrates ideas from different therapeutic approaches to support an individual to work towards their goals. Sarah prioritises the importance of providing a welcoming and non-judgemental space to help people to feel comfortable and at ease. She works really hard to establish a good relationship and make sure young people have a good experience of therapy.

She has been trained in several therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy for Adolescence (IPT-A) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, she is passionate about exploring important relationships and wider contexts around the individual and how these can sometimes influence our emotional distress.

Sarah is trained and experienced in working with young people who are neurodiverse or neurotypical, and will adapt the work she does for the young person in front of her.

Sarah has completed her Undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Sussex. Following this she completed her MSc in Applied Child Psychology at Kingston University, followed by her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire.
