Lisa Walker
Lisa has worked in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) since qualifying as a clinical psychologist in 2017. She has a wealth of experience in assessing and intervening to support children, young people and families with a range of mental health needs or neurodevelopmental disorders.
Lisa is currently the Clinical Team Lead for Tower Hamlets CAMHS Mental Health Support Team (NHS) in East London, where her she uses all her clinical experience to supervise practitioners working in schools and provide consultation and training to senior leads in education to improve wellbeing in schools.
Lisa is an Associate Clinical Tutor on the Clinical Psychology Doctorate at the University of East London, using her knowledge and experience to support clinical psychologists in training to achieve the required practice standards.


Lisa is passionate about normalising mental health, reducing stigma, and increasing access to brief evidence-based interventions.
Clinically, at Harwood Child Psychology Lisa specialises in leading face-to-face neurodevelopmental and learning assessments for children and young people with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or learning needs.
Lisa is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and holds a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
